Our Story
Newk’s Eatery was born out of a shared love for good food and great company. It all started when our founders, Chris Newcomb, Debra Bryson, and Don Newcomb, embarked on a journey to create a restaurant that offered more than just a meal – they wanted to create an experience. Drawing inspiration from their culinary adventures and a desire to bring something fresh to the table, they opened the doors to the first Newk’s Eatery in Oxford, Mississippi, in 2004.
From the outset, Newk’s was more than just a place to grab a quick bite. It was a gathering place for friends and family, a place where memories were made over steaming bowls of soup, crisp salads, and handcrafted pizzas. As word spread about our commitment to quality and flavor, Newk’s quickly became a favorite among locals and visitors alike.
